An offline app for tailor shops: customers and their measurements, orders through every production stage, payments and deliveries, and the money still outstanding, with no account or internet needed.

Many tailor shops still keep measurements, orders and money owed in paper registers. Darzi Khata puts it all in one offline app: each customer’s measurements saved per garment and fit, orders that move through production stages on a timeline, advances and payments by cash, bank or Easypaisa, and a home screen showing what the month has billed, collected and still has outstanding.
The challenge
A shop's records have to be right every time: what a customer has paid, what they still owe and which stage their order is in, on one phone with no internet, without losing earlier data when the app updates.
The approach
An order's status and paid total change only through the operations that also record them (changing stage, delivering, recording or deleting a payment), so the numbers always agree with the history. Measurements are stored in inches whatever unit is shown, and older databases are upgraded in place.
Architecture
- Clean Architecture per feature: domain use cases with no Flutter or SQLite code, repositories that turn database errors into typed failures, and Riverpod presentation
- SQLite schema with in-place migrations, foreign keys and cascading deletes, tested against real database files
- A shared design system of tokens, a Material theme and reusable components with glass navigation, tested at 360px with larger text

Pieces, fabric and a cutter note, a linked measurement profile, and a timeline of every stage.
Money at a glance
Billed, collected and outstanding for the month, and revenue by period with a six-month chart.
WhatsApp reminders
A ready-to-edit message for the order’s stage and balance, opened in WhatsApp; nothing is sent automatically.
